Myers heading to the Phantoms to help with their playoff push. Hart will support Lyons, since Stolie is done.

Interesting that the Flyers walked away from Samuel Dove-McLovin.

50 contract limit and not enough potential is my guess as to why.

Here's an article from CSN Philly regarding Noah Cates, Flyers 5th round pick this year. The video in the article is excellent...especially the reaction of the fans.

            Hi guys.

Iím new to the forum .

            This is my first post.

I am a huge flyers fan , since the mid-80ís, and just stumbled across this forum.

I live close to where the OHL Niagara IceDogs play, so I can give an update whenever the Dogs play a prospect of the Flyers in the OHL this year .

I go to about 20 games a year plus all playoff games so Iíve seen a lot of prospects come through the OHL before heading to the NHL.

So Iíll try and give an update as the season progresses.

Thereís actually a lot of Flyer prospects in the O this year, which is a nice change.

If we are going g anywhere as an organization our drafting needs to be better then historically it has been (outside of the first rounders).

Looks like Hexy is on the right track...

Welcome to the board Strohs. Nice to have a St. Catharines-based fan in the house.

Here's someone you will likely get a chance to see...Mr. Frost.

Saw him last year. Soo visit Niagara only once a year. He was the best player on the ice that game from both teams.

During the draft, driving on the way home from the cottage , when I heard his name, I wondered to myself , is that that kid from the Soo who was really impressive ? When I checked him out on hockeydb I was elated to see it was that kid.

Heís got QUICK acceleration ... great passing vision ... great hands ... not big, but he sure can move.

Already looking forward to seeing him this year, Iíve invited three other friends along to that game to come check him out. I think itís Feb 8th ...

Here is Tom Dougherty's Future Flyers Report from NBC Sports Philly:

Mono for Hart is not good...but i'd guess its better than having a physical injury.

Here is this week's Future Flyers Report from Dougherty:

                      http://www.nbcsports.com/philadelphi...-maksim-sushko

Nice to see Sushko with a monster game. Concerning that Lindblom has been so quiet in the AHL.
