  • Phantoms 0 Binghamton 0 (1st period)

I’ve hesitated all year to call anything must-win, but this is probably as close as it gets. Last-place Binghamton visits Adirondack, who is in dire need of a win heading to Hershey on Sunday.

I’ll be updating this thread all game, so keep hitting refresh for the latest. You can also follow along on Twitter (@PSPhantoms). The game is on radio locally at WNYQ-101.7 FM and streaming online at Be sure to catch the special guest at the second intermission.

    First period

12:25: Lines all mixed up tonight: Maroon/Matsumoto/Legein; Pyorala/Kalinski/Laliberte; Nodl/Ross/Bellamy; Klotz/Beaulieu/Clackson. I kind of feel like the Ross line is the third line.

    – Is there any doubt that Amy Walag does the best anthem by far of anyone who sings it here??? Make her the regular, I say.

    Starters: G: Duchesne; D: Marshall/Stephenson; Nodl/KKalinski/Bellamy.

Scratches: Healthy: Dingle, Sloane, Bourdon; Injured: Syvret, Kolanos, Ward

    – Jeremy Duchesne makes the start for the Phantoms. His first in the AHL since 2008-09. *We’ll see. Sixth different goalie the Phantoms have used this season.
